Scad Calendar Fall 2023 – Savannah Film Studios offers world-class production space and state-of-the-art technology to student filmmakers, digital media artists, actors and designers in Georgia's growing entertainment industry.
The original 22,000-sq.-ft. The Savannah Film Studios building, a former Southeastern meat processing plant, reopened in 2014. Today, it houses 3 soundstages, a green room, lighting, a post-production library, a multi-purpose recording room that facilitates ADR and Foley recording, a visual studio, and a production office for the film and television department.

The Savannah Film Studio facility is currently undergoing a major expansion that will make it the largest, most comprehensive college film studio facility in the country. In the spring of 2021, the leading mixed reality (XR) platform was launched, which uses camera tracking and live rendering to create a virtual environment, seen live on set and shot directly in camera. A Hollywood-style movie theater and three other facilities are under construction, as part of the 10.9-hectare development. The first part of the three-phase project will be completed in the spring of 2022, the other two phases will open. in 2023.

. On an island in the middle of a stormy ocean, the player must warm up by collecting resources and improving the player's house. The further the player goes, the more they realize that these Hinterlands are not as empty as they first appeared – and the fate of these lands is now in their hands.
Developed as a 20-week senior capstone project, it won Best of Show and Best 3D Game at the 2021 Entelechy awards, in addition to receiving multiple nominations from The Rookies in 2021.
