Fullerton College Spring 2023 Calendar – Fullerton College publishes a new catalog each year. The information published in the catalog is effective for the academic year that begins with the fall semester and concludes with the summer intersession. This catalog is effective from Fall 2019 to Summer 2020.
Every effort is made to ensure that course information, applicable policies, and other materials presented in the Fullerton College Catalog are accurate and current. In the event that a correction or update is warranted, the electronic catalog will be updated.

Catalog fees are established when a student first takes classes at Fullerton, and are maintained for continued enrollment at the college. These rights protect students from being held responsible for changes made to their academic programs in the years following their initial enrollment.

Students retain catalog rights by maintaining continuous enrollment at Fullerton College—that is, receiving a grade of "A," "B," "C," "D," "F," "CR," "P ," "NC." ", "NP", "RD", "W," or "I" on their transcripts for at least one course per academic year. A documented military or medical leave during the academic year will not be considered an interruption of enrollment. This policy supersedes all previous catalog rights provisions and applies only to programs at Fullerton College. Previous changes or modifications may include the elimination of programs or courses, modification of course or program content, and the rescheduling, suspension and/or cancellation of classes, programs or other scheduled academic activities. The university may determine the need or desire to make such changes or modifications after taking into account factors including, but not limited to the finances and budget of the university, the interest of students as reflected in the numbers of enrollment, the availability of qualified instructors, conflicts with similar courses, availability in the classroom, relevance of the subject in the external industry, and the viability of the subject or courses in the academic community. If the university determines that changes or modifications are necessary, it may request or make available alternatives for scheduled classes or other academic notifications of any change as is reasonably practical under the circumstances. Payment of tuition or attendance at any class constitutes the student's acceptance and acquiescence to the university's rights as set forth above. The university does not waive or otherwise waive any other right that may exist under statute, policy, statements, legal regulations or otherwise.
