Middlebury Academic Calendar 2023 – Deadline for adding the full fall course (10 days). Deadline for adding and transferring the 1st semester Fall course. Last day for 100% refund, 50% refund by September 20 (next due date) at the latest. Late fees for all unpaid school bills.
Last day to cancel the full Fall course (day 20). Last day for 50% cashback and 10% for cashouts on or after October 4 (until the next day).

Deadline for adding the full spring course (day 10). First Spring Semester. Deadline for ADD and DROP. Last day for 100% refund, 50% refund no later than February 11 (until the next due date). Late fees for all unpaid school bills.
The last day of a full spring DROP course (day 20). The last day for a 50% refund and a 10% refund for withdrawals is on or after February 25 (next due date).
On the last day to cancel the full Spring Evening Course (day 45) with a 10% refund. No refunds will be issued after this date.
Major League Quadball Series, Superseries And Championship Events
Workshops and other short courses can be added or canceled until 4:00 p.m. on the last working day one week before their commencement. Without formal waiver, tuition fees remain due and an appropriate assessment is given.
