It doesn't matter who you are or where you come from Understand that there is more to life than just sitting on the couch You just need to be 14 to 24 years old and see how your life goes There are three levels of programs through which you can receive a Duke of Edinburgh bronze, silver or gold award. You earn rewards through a personal activity program (if you're aiming for gold) in four categories: volunteering, physical, skills and expeditions, and residential gold. You will find yourself helping people or communities, improving yourself, developing skills, pursuing a niche (gold only).
